Underground car park operated by Modiin municipality, which is intended for visitors and residents who come to the city center area (the MAAR) in Modi'in.
The car park, which is located underneath the Gray Club, has 500 parking spaces spread over 5 floors.
The entrance to the parking lot is at 26 Tiltan Street (opposite Tiltan 27, and next to the Gray club).
Parking prices:
- First 2 hours - free.
- After 2 hours - 7 ₪ per hour.
- Starting from the fourth hour - 3 ₪ every 15 minutes.
- Full parking day - 70 ₪.
- Monthly subscription - 300 ₪.
- Disabled parking - free of charge.
