A powerful week of boxing, sports, creative arts, and empowerment for kids and teens.
Each day will focus on a different value from martial arts (for example, mind over matter) and will have programming to allow your kids to move, feel, be and connect.
Kids Groups: Sun-Thu 08:30-13:30.
- Group 1: 1-3 grade
- Group 2: 4-6 grade
Teen Group (ages 14-18): Sun-Thu 13:30-16:00.
Co-led by a social worker and fitness professional to blend social-emotional growth with sports skills.
