So what does the program include?
- Unlimited fitness training sessions (kangoo jump, trampolines, TRX, pilates, fitness) - the more sessions you come to, the more results you will see, and feel part of the group. It is recommended to come at least twice a week.
- Fat and muscle mass percentage measurements - high quality weight loss is very important, and because of that the fitness training emphasizes lowering fat percentages and increasing muscle mass. The measurements take place at the end of each month.
- Free digital nutrition guide - When you join, you will receive a free digital guide for good and proper diet, with many tips. Know what to eat before and after a workout, meals suggestions and more!
- Personal app - the app allows you to see your monthly fat and muscle mass percentages, updates, and also allows you to register for fitness sessions directly.
- Sports and team building events - group events for ultimate enjoyment. Women's days, races, annual team building activity. All to encourage you to continue to participate in sports and also have fun with the team.
- Lectures - It is important to always be up to date. From time to time, exclusive lectures are given to participants, in the field of nutrition, fitness and motivation in sports.
- Guidance and personal attention - a private Whatsapp group for participants only. You will receive Daniel Yitzchak's personal phone number as your personal fitness trainer. The group will motivate you to continue coming to training.
