Flat, round rink with a diameter of around 30 meters, for rollerblading, cycling and scooters, for toddlers up to age 7-8. Also suitable for learning to cycle without training wheels.
Around the rink, there is a metal railing that provides support for those learning to ride rollerblades.
The southern part of the rink is circled by a wall with benches and a pergola, providing a shaded seating area.
The area is located in the Modiin Center park, between the HaYovel School and the Modiin Center commercial center.
The rink has lighting.
