Wanted for Rami Levy headquarters at the logistics center in Modi'in, in a dynamic and family-oriented work environment, new employees in the following positions:
1. Assistant to the COO for Planning and Control
תפקיד במשרה מלאה ימים א'-ה' לבעלי תואר אקדמי במנהל עסקים או בכלכלה.
תיאור המשרה:
- כתיבת תכנית עבודה שנתית וביצוע בקרה רבעונית למול המחלקות בחברה.
- בניית מצגות לישיבות ההנהלה.
- מעקב ובקרה אחר משימות חטיבת התפעול ועבודה מול מנהלי אזור ומנהלי הסניפים של הרשת.
- עבודה בסביבה מרובת ממשקים וביצוע אינטגרציה ותיאום בין מחלקות התפעול.
- תיאום וסיכום פגישות, ניהול יומן הסמנכ"ל.
דרישות התפקיד:
- תואר ראשון במנהל עסקים/ כלכלה - חובה.
- עבודה בסביבה ניהולית בכירה, דינמית ואינטגרטיבית.
- שליטה מלאה ביישומי אופיס, בדגש על מצגות ואקסל.
- נכונות לעבודה מאומצת.

2. Service & Sales Representative for the Gift Cards Department
Fulltime position, suitable for young people after the army.
Job description:
Accepting orders from customers, service, operation and sale of gift cards on Sunday-Thursday, 8:30-16:30 (flexible).
Job requirements:
Ability to work well under pressure with multiple tasks going on at the same time, long-term employment, experience in a sales/service center - an advantage.
