I hurt my back a few months ago and went to a doctor which didn’t seem to help. I turned to Mike, who accompanied me to the gym and introduced me to stretching and strengthening exercises.
My back started to loosen up and feel better in no time. Since then, I have been training almost every day, have gone back to biking and swimming and I feel much better.
