While I’m committed to an exercise regimen, carrying through with it is a whole different story. That’s why I approached Mike. He has a soft yet firm style that gets me up, out of the house, and into the pool. He casually offers suggestions that relax and helps me accomplish my goals. And, he gives me the confidence to do what it takes to be as strong and as fit as I can be.

I hurt my back a few months ago and went to a doctor which didn’t seem to help. I turned to Mike, who accompanied me to the gym and introduced me to stretching and strengthening exercises. My back started to loosen up and feel better in no time. Since then, I have been training almost every day, have gone back to biking and swimming and I feel much better.

Mike not only helped me build strength and flexibility before and after my hip replacement surgery. He also provided the structure and motivation to commit to a regular exercise program. He was patient and listened to me.
