Highly recommend Joseph Cox, handyman! He fixed a leaky shower and a window that had been giving us trouble for a while. He was persistent in finding the actual source of the problem and didn’t give up until it was properly fixed. Super efficient, clean, and quick, and on top of that has a lovely, pleasant personality. Really great to work with and will definitely call him again.

Joseph Cox helped us out with a leak coming down from the roof of our building into our apartment. It happened every time it rained. He really took the time to analyze the problem, doing investigative work in the apartment and on the roof. He successfully located the cause of the problem and solved it, using sealants to stop the leak at its source. Joseph uses the right combination of thoroughness and creativity. In addition to helping us with the leak, he was able to figure out how to close a balcony covering that we inherited from the previous owners and that nobody was able to figure out how to close, until he came along. I recommend Joseph specifically for solving leaks, but for any general home repairs or maintenance

Joseph talks through projects very clearly, explaining what the options are and their cost, without pushing the customer to select the most expensive. He is polite and friendly. He arrives on time and you don't need to call him twice. So far for us he has done carpentry, tiling and wall finishing. He's coming back soon to do a whole lot more!

During the heavy rain we had leaking from where the roof of our sunroom met the side of the building. I posted on Facebook to see if anyone knew someone who could fix the leak. I received a note from Joseph Cox who I knew nothing about, but he was an English speaker, available, and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I was pleasantly surprised that he showed up on the minute he promised (and he came back twice more- also exactly on time) and with his calm manner and his friendliness. He worked in a professional manner. I would highly recommend as not only a handyman, but a kind and pleasant person to work with.

Unsolicted recommendation. Our power tripped Friday night around 9pm. We called Baruch Rubinchick (found in מודיעין בכף ידך - ModiinApp ) and he came over within 5 min and got the power back on. Unfortunately it tripped again around 1:30am, so we called him in the morning and he came over again within 5 min. He had to get a part for the breaker board and we were going out so he said to call as soon as we were back which we did and again, he was here within minutes. He then spent over 2 hours trouble shooting the board until he got our power back ( and found the fault - the mazgan). He was kind, courteous, cleaned up and told us to call him straight away if there was any problems. He speaks Hebrew and Russian.

I highly recommend Haim! Haim did a few installations in my office - hanging some items and installing curtains. He was quick, professional and did an excellent job! Haim also is such a pleasant and happy person that we had such a nice conversation while he worked! Definitely recommend him for your handyman needs!

After 1 phone call in evening, by next morning all my small odd jobs that had been waiting for months were again in working condition. He is very reasonable and a very pleasant person. I highly recommend him. Thank you Rony
