Let me start by saying that I think that I am generally a neat and clean person overall. But CleaningPro set a new bar for me, by "resetting" my house. They were totally worth the admittedly high price. Before the big day, the team set expectations clearly (which also encouraged me to get rid of things and do a pretty good pre-cleaning). "The day of", they came with a whole crew and supplies (which was a big deal to me; I often waste so much overhead finding the supplies the cleaning person wants). They finished quietly and quickly (I was working from home, and they were out within 2 hours). The team was really pleasant! After they finished, they took me on a tour of the house, to make sure I was satisfied, and redid things that I wasn't satisfied with. Everyone who came into the house commented on how clean it was. Bottom line: you usually pay for what you get! While the service is costly, I felt like I got my money's worth.

Cleaning pro came over to our house to clean before an event held in our house. With lots of cooking being done in preparation, and with two dogs in the house, the house was in need of a good clean, which the team did very effectively! I would definitely recommend and use cleaning pro again!

One of the things I most appreciate about Cleaning Pro is their courtesy. They come when they say they’re going to come. They call if they might be even be 5 minutes later than scheduled. That kind of consideration for the customer is rare. We expect a high standard of service and are never disappointed. As well, the crew is pleasant, professional and thorough. I used them recently for a “Deep Cleaning” (after ten years in my apartment). Their customer service is excellent and very easy to deal with on WhatsApp. They speak English fluently. Igal plus two arrived on time, fully prepared with all their own supplies. They cleaned EVERYTHING. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend them. Although Cleaning Pro isn’t cheap, they pay VAT and pay their employees well, making them worth every shekel.

Cleaning pro's service was exceptional. They came on time, they were trustworthy enough that I just went to sleep and woke up with my house in order. They found a lot of things I lost, made a lot of great recommendation about cleaning, order and lifestyle. I've never seen this apartment this clean.
