Omanut HaBallet Dina Hinkis - Ballet for Women

Classical ballet classes for women, coaching and private classes, run by Dina Hinkis, in collaboration with the Modiin Matnas.

Starting September 2024, offering movement and classical dance classes for adult women (of any age).

Starting with basic movement exercises accompanied by classical music, followed by learning movements that develop posture, physical ability and coordination between the body in motion and the music.

The exercises are customized to your personal ability and gradually will develop a sense of real dancing and great pleasure.

Dina Hinkis, who manages the chug and functions as the main teacher, is a former dancer at the Israel ballet and the Bat-Dor Dance troupe. She studied in England with the great teacher Audrey de Vos, and has many years of experience teaching ballet, including at Seminar HaKibbutzim at the dance instructors school.
