Courses, workshops and lessons for groups and individuals in yoga and meditation, according to the Bihar tradition.
Each lesson is a time to breathe, release tension and fatigue, re-fill your batteries with renewed energy, and calm your thoughts, resulting in improved ability to concentrate and quality of sleep.
The sessions include gentle physical practice, meditation and mindfulness, breathing and relaxation techniques.
