The running training sessions include endurance building, running techniques and strength training - and in addition a joint setting of targets and goals, all in an enjoyable workout with a cohesive and supportive group.
Training sessions take place in a variety of locations throughout Modiin in accordance with the type of workout, and also include running groups for children and youth.

Morning and evening sessions on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
