Running group for children and youth - starting in September!
It is not easy to get teenagers out of their comfort zone and off their smartphones, to get out of their air-conditioned rooms into the open air, to exert themselves, to raise their pulse and to sweat. Because of this, we need to constantly think and develop creative and varied ways that will make them to take a break from their screens, exercise, strengthen and improve all the essential elements of fitness, in the short term and for their future health.
You are invited to introduce your children to a healthy, sporty and empowering lifestyle, one that will help them maintain good fitness, a commitment to discipline and perseverance, alongside awareness of the importance of these things to their health!

Running groups are open to all ages and all levels, both women and men, beginners and experienced runners, one-on-one or as a group.
The group is suitable for all runners: those who want to start but don't know exactly how to, and also experienced runners interested in taking their running up to another level.
Training sessions include: learning the basics of running, improving running technique, strengthening and stretching, all at your own speed!
