Personal training for men and women of any age - outdoors, in your home or NME's home gym. A free consultation will be included in all personal training packages to discuss your fitness goals and build a personalized workout program that's right for you. Many training methods available for beginners to advanced fitness level.
Small group training for2 to 3 people: outdoors, in your home or NME's home gym. Personalized sessions will be built around your group's fitness level. Work out with friends, your spouse or someone looking towards similar fitness goals.
Outdoor class es in the Kaizer neighborhood, including:
- Sweat It Out - aerobic and strength intervla training, HIIT, Sundays at 19:45
- Aerobic day - running group with added cardiovascular traning, Tuesdays at 19:45
- Circuit training - strength training involving all the body's main muscles, Wednesdays at 19:45
- Fitness Friday - A new and exciting workout each week, Fridays at 08:30
Training tools include: resistance band training, free weights, kettle bell, BOSU ball, stability ball, jump rope, aerobic step, punching bag, elliptical and more!
Naomi Eastman is a native English speaker and ACE Certified personal trainer, with additional certifications in Weight Loss Management and Pre/Post Natal fitness. MADA certified in CPR/AED. Born motivator with a love for fitness and health.
