Personal workout sessions range from slowly easing into exercise and flexibility for health and recovery purposes, to intense cardio, strength, and agility training for those who want to lose weight, tone up, or train for athletic events.
Private sessions or small groups for women and girls on site or at the clients home.
Classes include: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Class, Pregnancy Toning and Cardio, and a new weekly Zumba class.
