Ready 2 Run - Running Groups
English speaker. Friendly running groups suitable for all levels of runners, even those who have never run before.
For people with no running experience. In a period of about 4 months, you will learn how to run 10K, with lots of fun!
Running training is combined with technique and strengthening exercises.
Group training sessions take place twice per week, on Mondays and Wednesdays at 19:15.
For runners ranging from those that can run 5K, up to runners who are training for a full marathon, and all levels in between.
